Safety Policy

Solar Installer is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, clients, and visitors involved in our solar installation, maintenance & washing operations. We recognize that safety is an integral part of our success and that the prevention of injury, illness, and environmental harm is a shared responsibility at every level of the organization.

We pledge to comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and ISO 45001:2018 requirements, ensuring that hazards are identified, risks are assessed, and control measures are effectively implemented. Every worksite will be operated with safety as the first priority — from working at heights, transportation & lifting, hot work and live electrical works.

We believe that all incidents are preventable and commit to providing appropriate training, resources, and supervision to ensure safe practices across all operations. Employees and subcontractors are encouraged to participate actively in safety initiatives and to immediately report unsafe conditions or behaviors without fear of reprisal.

Solar Installer will maintain and regularly test emergency procedures, promote a culture of open communication and accountability, and continually review performance to improve our Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Many installers in Karachi overlook grounding, protection coordination, and cable sizing, mistakes that lead to performance losses and safety hazards. My goal is to ensure your system works at utility-grade reliability with proper documentation and compliance at every stage.

Safety Activities

Plantations:

We believe that building a sustainable future goes beyond installing clean energy systems — it’s about restoring balance to our environment. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and community development, we regularly organize tree plantation drives across our project sites and local communities.

Training for work at height:

Regular conduction of 3rd party work at height training is must for our scope of work. The training covers proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), harness inspection and anchoring techniques, ladder and scaffold safety, emergency response, and rescue procedures. e proactive measures to prevent incidents.

Training for Electrical Safety:

As a solar contractor, we are regularly exposed to high DC voltages up to 1000V and AC voltages up to 11KV. We regularly conduct Electrical safety and LOTO trainings to ensure safety for all stake holders.

Fire Safety Training:

Hot works, cutting, grinding and live electrical exposes us to fire risk. Regular trainings and practical demonstrations keep our staff on toes for any untoward situation.

Sports Activity:

We don’t only focus on the Occupational Safety, but also on the Mental Health and Wel being of the staff. We routinely arrange such activities for out staff so that they are fit and healthy.
